Return & Cancellation Policy

At Fablekind, we aim to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you need to request a return, please read the important terms below carefully before filling out the return request form.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped (after leaving our facility).
  • Cancellation requests are only accepted before the product is shipped.

Returns & Replacements Policy

We accept returns or replacements only in the following case:
The product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Important Conditions:

  1. You must submit a clear unboxing video showing the product packaging and the damage/defect.
  2. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  3. Change of mind or wrong order is not eligible for return or replacement.

How It Works:

  1. Fill the form below with your order details and attach the unboxing video.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and approve or decline based on the provided information.
  3. If approved, we will initiate the return shipping process.
  4. Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect/damage, we will process your refund or replacement.

Please Note:

  • Only genuine manufacturing defects or shipping damages will be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • No unboxing video means the return request will be declined.
